What Our Clients Say

Most clients start with a teleseminar or workshop and then move onto 1to1 coaching for more specific help.


Sessions can be face to face or over the phone or by skype, so they are available to anyone anywhere around the world.

Some sessions are short 30min emergency ones aimed at dealing with an immediate situation e.g. potential loss of a job, or an important negotiation coming up.

All of the sessions will have exercises associated to them and handouts, so that you can repeat the exercises another time if you wish.  You can work through both the material & exercises with me (ideal option) or do the exercises as 'homework' on your own.  It is easy to think that we understand something, but until we do the exercises we do not truly get it experientially, which anchors it into our psyche more firmly. 
How long the exercises takes, depends on how much stress or emotional trauma you are feeling.  There maybe situations where we recommend that you start with sessions aimed at balancing your Health prior to looking at your Relationships or Life Purpose.

Included in the session is a comprehensive summary or write up of any 'homework' or actions that you need to do after the session.  Plus if needed a short (15 min) follow-on question via email about the subjects covered in the summary.
