For each question answered, give yourself a score between 0 &amp;amp; 5 for example, if the answer is totally yes give yourself five points, if it is totally no give yourself zero points, or give yourself an in between score (from 0-5). &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2. Now total up all your points. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;3. Each section has a total possible points of 40 points &amp;amp; the overall total is 280.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;4. To calculate your percentage of satisfaction for each area do the following calculation:&lt;br/&gt;( Section No of Points / 40 ) * 100&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;5. To calculate your percentage of satisfaction for your whole life, do the following calculation:&lt;br/&gt;( Total No of Points / 280 ) * 100&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;6. Your final winners step is to take action. Overall Life Fitness is yours for the taking.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Spiritual Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you take a moment for time out or meditative silence daily? i.e. some ‘time out’&lt;br/&gt;Do you stop &amp;amp; count your blessings at least five minutes daily?&lt;br/&gt;Do you center yourself &amp;amp; listen to your heart before speaking?&lt;br/&gt;Do you open up &amp;amp; share your love with others?&lt;br/&gt;Do you write thank you letters?&lt;br/&gt;Do you visit parks, museums, art galleries or places of worship regularly?&lt;br/&gt;Do you believe there is a higher purpose for each of the events in your life?&lt;br/&gt;Do you treat others the way you want to be treated?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you do not feel inspired by life, do not see the order in the universe, or feel that the world is against you.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Mental Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you look forward to getting up &amp;amp; making the most of your day?&lt;br/&gt;Are you excited about new ideas &amp;amp; look forward to learning?&lt;br/&gt;Do you read something inspiring &amp;amp; uplifting &amp;amp; about what you love daily?&lt;br/&gt;Do you hang out with idea generating people with mind stimulating ideas?&lt;br/&gt;If you are down or depressed do you, instead of wallowing in it, make an effort to change your action state &amp;amp; do something productive?&lt;br/&gt;If you are scattered &amp;amp; overwhelmed do you stop to prioritize your actions?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have a mentor that helps you not reinvent wheels?&lt;br/&gt;Do you take a moment to visualize &amp;amp; affirm your desired outcomes daily?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you feel you are lacking in mental clarity, confidence or have beliefs/attitudes that are holding you back. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Vocational Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you love what you do &amp;amp; do what you love?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have clearly set &amp;amp; written career goals?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have an organized work environment?&lt;br/&gt;Do you break large projects into smaller more manageable pieces &amp;amp; work from priorities?&lt;br/&gt;Do you practice &amp;amp; polish your skills regularly?&lt;br/&gt;Can &amp;amp; do you seek advice when needed?&lt;br/&gt;Do you reward yourself for you accomplishments?&lt;br/&gt;Can you accept valid &amp;amp; constructive criticism?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you consider yourself a failure at work, or feel that you are working too hard or too long.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Financial Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you feel worthy enough to allow yourself to receive money &amp;amp; wealth?&lt;br/&gt;Do you pay yourself &amp;amp; taxes first, not last?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have a regular savings program?&lt;br/&gt;Do you prioritize your spending?&lt;br/&gt;Do you abstain from the overuse of credit cards?&lt;br/&gt;Do you pre-plan your shopping &amp;amp; not impulse buy?&lt;br/&gt;Do you avoid wiping out your savings just because of minor emergencies?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have a separate savings program for vacations?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you consider money to be the root of all evil, or you shop to avoid reality or over give to buy friends.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Familial Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you have someone special you romantically love?&lt;br/&gt;Do you let your loved ones know how much they mean to you?&lt;br/&gt;Do you take time for family gatherings?&lt;br/&gt;Do you make an effort to do those extra specials with those you love regularly?&lt;br/&gt;Do you really listen when your loved ones speak?&lt;br/&gt;Can you truly be yourself around your family members?&lt;br/&gt;Do you let other family members receive the limelight without jealousy?&lt;br/&gt;Are you proud to be in the family you're in?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you are having some particular problems with your partner, in-laws or have experienced a shock in your relationship.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Social Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Are you willing to take on leadership?&lt;br/&gt;Can you join into a group as a team player easily?&lt;br/&gt;Are you outgoing &amp;amp; friendly with a sense of humor?&lt;br/&gt;Are you able to listen attentively &amp;amp; follow instructions?&lt;br/&gt;Do you get out &amp;amp; meet new people, at least one new person a week?&lt;br/&gt;Do you make it a point to help others reach their dreams?&lt;br/&gt;Are you supportive of other people's accomplishments?&lt;br/&gt;Do you speak up &amp;amp; influence others with your ideas?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Reduce if you are easily hurt or let down or have a small network of friends and associates/connections, because that will make you more vulnerable.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Physical Questions Score&lt;br/&gt;Do you walk at least one mile or its equivalent once a day?&lt;br/&gt;Are you within 10 pounds of your normal &amp;amp; healthy weight?&lt;br/&gt;Do you work out enough to work up a sweat at least twice a week?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have consistent moderation in the quantity of your eating?&lt;br/&gt;Do you have a consistent rhythm in the timing of your eating?&lt;br/&gt;Do you receive adequate hours of sleep each day (six to eight hours)?&lt;br/&gt;Do you like your body &amp;amp; are you proud of it?&lt;br/&gt;Do you stretch out each of your joints at least twice weekly?&lt;br/&gt;Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/40) *100&lt;br/&gt;Remember to take into account challenges like illness and pregnancy and mark yourself more reasonably.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Overall Total&lt;br/&gt;Percentage (total/280) *100&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If your total points range from 0 to70 (0-25%), your total Life Fitness status is very poor. If so, you need a jumpstart &amp;amp; an immediate overhaul before you end up totally out of shape. Start reviewing the preceding questionnaire &amp;amp; begin taking immediate action today on its many implied fitness tips. Begin doing one at a time. Work on as many of these tips as you comfortably can. Push yourself though. You may need a mentor or coach, &amp;amp; if so, call on one. You will be amazed at how rapidly your overall life fitness can be upgraded with some extra attention.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If your total points range from 75 to 140 (25-50%), your total Life Fitness status is fair. If so, you could benefit from reviewing the preceding questionnaire &amp;amp; incorporating many more of the tips to overall fitness it provides.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If your total points range from 145 to 210, (50-75%), your total Life Fitness status is good. You are definitely above average, but you could still benefit even more by reviewing the preceding questionnaire &amp;amp; incorporating as many of its implied fitness tips as possible. This good status is an easy status to become complacent in, so don't just let yourself plateau at being good, go for excellence. It may take some extra work, but you're worth it.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If your total points range from 215 to 280 (75-100%), congratulate yourself, for your total Life Fitness status is excellent. You are quickly approaching an overall Life Fitness. You are either presently a leader or a leader in the making, a role model for others to follow. You have an integrity that makes you a winner. Your personal power &amp;amp; fitness will be an inspiration. You have become your own coach of your own inner winning team. All that is left for you to do is to simply polish up those last few fitness tips so your overall fitness can keep on shining.</description>

      <title>In a Funk &amp; Cant Get Out?</title>

      <description>&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.dofl.co.uk/Site/Resources/Entries/2008/2/29_In_a_Funk_%26_Cant_Get_Out_files/shapeimage_2.jpg&quot;&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;http://www.dofl.co.uk/Site/Resources/Media/object264.jpg&quot; style=&quot;float:left; padding-right:10px; padding-bottom:10px; width:254px; height:135px;&quot;/&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Are you in a downward spiral, and even though you know it is uncomfortable to be there, and might even know the ‘theories’ for self-development, you are finding that you cannot get yourself out of it?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Don’t beat yourself up, it happens to all of us sometimes.  Dr Demartini explains that the wisest way of learning in life is a mixture of listening to ourselves, and learning from others.  So there are times, when an outside influence is needed.  It might be something from your environment, a book, a DVD, some music, or maybe another person (probably not a friend or relative, we often ignore their advice at our most troubled times!).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This hint is about how to take the first step to get out, and from there you will be back on track, whether this is a little funk that has lasted a couple of days, or a longer deeper one.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Priority 1 Your Physical Body, because that will only make matters worse, if it is also going through ups &amp;amp; downs.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;	•	 Walk for a 15mins and get fresh air every day&lt;br/&gt;	•	 Drink - a litre of water today &amp;amp; try to increase it to 2 litres within a week.  Reduce caffeine to a few cups a day, nothing after 5pm.  Alcohol is a big downer, so remove it for the time being.&lt;br/&gt;	•	 Reduce the sugar &amp;amp; chocolate in your diet - have a look at the Glyceamic Index diet (e.g. Rick Gallop, ‘Living the G.I Diet), it makes a dramatic difference, if you are someone who struggles with emotional highs and lows. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Priority 2 Find something External to jump start you and Break you out of the cycle &lt;br/&gt;	•	 Inspirational DVD’s - check out ‘The Secret’ DVD, also available to download from &lt;a href=&quot;http://thesecret.tv/home.html&quot;&gt;http://thesecret.tv/home.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br/&gt;	•	 Books with practical day to day skills you can learn – e.g  ‘How to have an amazing Life in 60 days’ or ‘The Heart of Love’ by Dr Demartini&lt;br/&gt;	•	 Free online info at YouTube &amp;amp; iTunes for videos &amp;amp; podcasts from people like Demartini &amp;amp; other teachers of the secret.  I have created a profile in youtube, with my favourites for you.&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.YouTube/thedanceoflife&quot;&gt;  http://www.YouTube/thedanceoflife&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Priority 3 Get an Outside Perspective&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If this is more than just a funk for a day, and it has been going on for a while, then you might want to think about getting someone’s objective perspective and assistance in transforming your reality.&lt;br/&gt;	•	-   Get Professional help - Consider coaching, Demartini coaching, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.&lt;br/&gt;	•	-  Take Responsibility for changing your life - once you are on an even keel, consider other books or CD’s by Dr D or his teachers, or a Demartini Teacher’s Transformation Workshop or the Breakthrough Experience with Dr Demartini.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;What do I do?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If you are sitting there thinking, ‘well how would she know, she’s some fandabedozey Demartini teacher’ who never has a bad day’, you could not be more wrong!  Yes, you are right, my training has helped me greatly to sort myself out.  BUT, I still go to other Demartini coaches for sessions sometimes, because it ensures that I am not ignoring stuff that I might otherwise be able to shove under the carpet!  I have even had a session with Demartini himself, which was quite an experience, a bit like an amazing roller-coaster ride, you get off grateful it is over, a bit dizzy, and unsure of how you got to you new destination ;o)  A couple of years ago when I was pregnant, we moved house and my Mum died.  The mix of hormones, and a new environment with no friends round the corner, and stress of snag lists with the developers was handle able, but then add in a new red faced baby, and I started to feel like I was drowning.  I knew what to do, but was frustrated, because I seemed unable to do it.  One afternoon, I downloaded ‘The Secret’.  Wow, the opportunity to listen to so many deeply inspired people, was the perfect medicine.  It rewoke the belief that I could break the cycle, and from then on I was back on track.&lt;br/&gt;</description>
