Payment For Courses - Courses are ONLY reserved with payment.   Payment can be made online with a credit card through Paypal.  Cheques and BACs payments must be made with plenty of time to clear before the workshop.

Payment Plans - In certain circumstances a payment plan for workshops is available.  50% is paid prior to the workshop and 50% one month after the workshop.

Payment For Sessions - Payment can be made online with a credit card through paypal.  Sessions are to be paid for a minimum of 48hrs prior to their date, otherwise they are subject to cancellation .  Cheques are to be posted prior to sessions & made out to E.K. Pearson.  Cheques & BACS payments must arrive in good time before the session/workshop to give them a chance to clear.

Cancellation - 50% for the day before & 100% on the day of sessions & 50% for 2 weeks before & 100% for 7 days before seminars.  Refunds are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £50.

Minimum Numbers - Seminars and Workshops are subject to cancellation if there is not a minimum of 3 people booked on 7 days prior.

Discounts Available - Recommend a friend & get £30 cashback

Early Bird Discount - I now have a 15% discount for those wonderfully organised people out there who book a over a month before a workshop.  For example, if the workshop is booked for Aug 9th and you book before July 9th, you will be able to get the discount.

Late Bookings - bookings will no longer be available for workshops and seminars more than 3 days prior to the date of commencement.

Late Arrival For Sessions - Where possible if a client is 15mins late, I will attempt to still fit in a full session. Later, than that, I will start to charge.

Travel Costs - Charged at an hourly rate the same as my coaching fees, plus expenses.

Corporations - Seminar and Session packages can be tailored specific to the needs of a company.
