We can work on any issue that you have spontaneously, but many clients start with a specific package first.
Lisa has put together a number of simple and effective sessions that teach the basic tools that make a difference in everyone's lives. They are a mix of Coaching and Mentoring using mainly principles from The Demartini Method™, with the odd dash of NLP and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. You keep the workbook after the sessions, so that you can remind yourself of the information anytime afterwards.
